Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup [~= 281.25 ml] warm water
  • 1/3 cup [~= 75 ml] molasses
  • 2 1/2 cup [~= 562.5 ml] bread flour
  • 1 cup [~= 225 ml] rye flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt (kosher or sea salt)
  • 1/8 cup [~= 28.125 ml] vegetable oil
  • 1/8 cup [~= 28.125 ml] cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoons caraway seeds (or double if you like caraway)
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and add to bread machine baking pan, in order suggested by manufacturer.
Select basic setting (I use basic setting, medium size, light crust) and push Start.

  • 2 3/4 cup [~= 618.75 ml] bread flour
  • 1/3 cup [~= 75 ml] brown sugar (granulated)
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds (or double if you like caraway)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (kosher or sea salt)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cup [~= 337.5 ml] warm water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and add to bread machine baking pan, in order suggested by manufacturer.
Select basic setting (I use basic setting, medium size, light crust) and push Start.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz [~= 226.8 g] can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup [~= 56.25 ml] water (70 to 80 degrees F)
  • 2 tbl nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 tbl olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tbl sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 cup [~= 675 ml] all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
Directions:
Combine all ingredients recommended by your Breadmaker manufacturer
Select Basic, 1.5lb setting (I used Medium crust)
