Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup [~= 112.5 ml] mayo
  • small 2 small cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed or 1 tsp celery salt
  • 6 cup [~= 1.35 l] shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 onion shopped fine
  • 2 cup [~= 450 ml] shredded carrots
  • small amount green pepper
Directions:
Combine mayo, garlic, sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar.
Refridgerate for 3 hours.
Mix cabbage, carrots & green peppers
When cooled...add dressing to cabbage mixture
