Directions:
Chill milk well and whip together with juice & rind till fluffy & think
In 8 x 10 baking pan put a layer of graham wafers.
Spread half of whipped filling on wafer layer.
Repeat layering...ending with a graham wafer top.
Top with butter vanilla icing.
For icing
Cream butter and sugar together
Add vanilla and milk and blend with mixer until smooth
Cut into squares & serve or freeze. (freezes well)
