Ingredients:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup [or 112.5 0.00] carrots, slivered
- 2 cup [or 450 0.00] cabbage, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/3 cup [or 75 0.00] mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup [or 225 0.00] pea pods, slivered
- 1/2 tsp [or 2.46446 0.00] salt
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 package Pancit or fresh Miki noodles plus 1
- 1 green onion, cut in 1" pieces
Directions:
Heat a pan on high and add oil. Add chicken, pork, shrimp and garlic, stir fry until meat is cooked.
Add all vegetables, salt, soy sauce and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, stirring in noodles until all ingredients are combined and hot.
