Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup [~= 168.75 ml] rice
  • small pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 egg
Directions:
add salt to rice, cover rice with milk.
Bring to boil constantly stirring, adding milk as necessary.
Add butter, sugar & egg to finish.
Serve with canned or fresh fruit.
