Directions:
Fry 1 cup onions, celery, chopped green pepper and mushrooms in 3 tbsp olive oil,
Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves, 1.5 cups rice, 2 1/2 cups hot chicken broth, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp basil and salt & turmeric
Return to boil and simmer for 25 minutes
