Ingredients:
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 small mild or sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 tbl [or 44.3604 0.00] diced green chilies
  • 1 tbl [or 14.7868 0.00] distilled white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbl [or 22.1802 0.00] fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp [or 0.616115 0.00] salt
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • Black pepper
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend or process briefly until blended.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups of salsa
