Ingredients:
  • 4 lb [~= 1.8144 kg] Pork Tenderloin
  • Maranade
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup [~= 225 ml] dry white wine
  • Coating
  • 2 cup [~= 450 ml] Bread crumbs
Directions:
Cut Pork tenderloin into chunks and set in bowl
To make maranade--chop 2 onions, green pepper and celery.
Mix with eggs, garlic powder, wine, salt & pepper.
Maranate pork overnight.
Put Meat onto skewers and dip in bread crumbs
Brown in hot oil.
Serve or Freeze
