Ingredients:
- 2 quart [or 1.8 0.00] Beets
- 2 cup [or 450 0.00] sugar
- 1 1/2 cup [or 337.5 0.00] vinegar
- 1 cup [or 225 0.00] water
Directions:
Boil beats til fork tender...cool & slip off skins.
Dissolve sugar in water, vinegar & bring to a boil.
Pack beets in sterile jars to 1/2 in of top and cover with boiled syrup.
