Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tbl [or 29.5736 0.00] sugar
- 1/4 cup [or 56.25 0.00] icing sugar
- 1 tsp [or 4.92892 0.00] cream
- 1 tbl [or 14.7868 0.00] vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup [or 337.5 0.00] Flour
- Oil - 2 to 3 inches to deep fry with
Directions:
For Dough
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add cream and vinegar.
Stir in enough flour to make soft dough
Roll Dough thin and cut in 4 inch lengths and 1 inch wide
Slit strips diagonally and slip 1 corner through slit.
Pull through gently to form a twist
To Cook
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain in paper towel then dust with icing sugar
